What does it mean to be social media experts these days? Well our take on it is that you need to  have more then just a good grasp on the technologies that power it and the way they can be used to help our clients use them. It is more then just about knowing everything there is to know about the next new hot startup coming from San Francisco or Israel (and we do...). It is even not about knowing how communities function, how to make users engage. All of these are important but first and foremost for our clients it is about bridging cultural gaps.

And foremost one separating the enterprise world with its own codes and methods from the very lively scene that is the social media scape. Today most of the people we meet at these major companies, know and use the same tools their clients do. But they don't forcefully grasp how to market through these tools. Well, this is when we come in. We try to propose a non-nonsense approach with just the right mix of technology, community management, buzz marketing both on existing platforms like Facebook or Twitter and on properties we construct ourselves.

Our job is also to keep an alert eye on. What worked beautifully just a year ago can become rapidly inefficient. Sometimes great new opportunities arise.. and the window of opportunity to seize them is small (and often incompatible with the timeframe in which often big corporations are used to evolve)

So we try to give our clients the tools to adapt, and the perspective needed to understand how to best engage in this medium.
