The airport industry is a real stake for af83

Our experience of working with Paris Aéroport and Air France in delivering innovative design projects have allowed us to master certain stakes of the passenger route. Participating in this event was an opportunity for the agency to meet all the players in the airport market.
Today, the observation is simple: for many travelers, their time spent at airports are long and tedious - sometimes even anxiogenic - at every step of their experience (check-in, check-out and boarding).
There is therefore a real challenge towards establishing personalized and connected paths. With the growing number of passengers dependent on air travel, concepts remain to be developed. It then becomes essential to make the time spent at airports a real experience of offering services within the continuity of urban life.
Taking into account the usages and expectations of travelers, the stakes are:
- Simplify and streamline registration, baggage logistics and controls,
- Propose a seamless experience 24h, 7 days a week,
- Offering more connected and personalized services (well-being, comfort ...) for a unique experience in the airport lounge,
- Promoting an autonomous and automated experience
At af83, we are aware of these different challenges and our added value is to accompany all the various actors within the airport industry to optimize the user experience. Keeping in mind the needs of the user to propose new possibilities of usage by establishing digital responses.
