This project aimed to optimize the space of a crowded parking lot thanks to the innovative technology of Stanley Robotics (specializing in smart robots and algorithms). We applied our expertise along various stages to properly design this service:

• we facilitated co-design workshops to imagine the service and the product with the expert teams of Paris Aéroport and Stanley Robotics
• we met the end users to test several versions of the service concept
• we designed customer journeys and pain points (self-service kiosk, mobile application, Website, signs, etc.)
• we worked with a designer specializing in spatial design to design the space

The Observeur du Design is a recognized design showcase which has been organized by the APCI since 1999. This national award highlights the talent of the most innovative products and services with the certification of an Etoile. Moreover, it shows the best practices of design, by promoting how design can play a differentiating and proactive role for the future.

The 2017 Etoiles de l’Observeur du Design award ceremony took place on the 16th of December at the docks of the Cité de la Mode et du Design in Paris. We undoubtedly attended this key event with excitement!

The 2017 Etoiles and the Labels will be exhibited till the 24th of January at the VIA Gallery in Paris. It will then begin a touring exhibition, making a stop at the Biennale du Design in Saint-Etienne from the 9th of March to the 9th of April 2017.
