Experience Design 2015 : try your hands !
By Pauline 23-06-2015
Sylvie Daumal, af83 UX Director, will lead two hands-on workshops on Friday 26th:
- « Design thinking supporting disruptive technologies », to learn how to truly know your users, through empathy and proven interview techniques, and design for them new services and products.
- « How to build an impactful product from a technology without missing the point?» to learn how to assess your app or service value and improve it all by yourself and with few means.
She’ll also welcome two great guests to share their field experience on these topics:
- Patrick Perlmutter, UX Coop Founder, and Infinit Head of UX & Customer Development to talk about testing
- Cédric André-Masse, Customer Innovation Manager at Air France to talk about user research.
As af83 UX Director, Sylvie leads the team of twelve UX Designers and Art Directors. In 2012, she published the first French-written book dedicated to User Experience Design (Eyrolles) - the second edition has been launched in June 2015. Founder of the UX Paris organization, she is also very active in the European community (EuroIA, UXCamp Europe). She’s been teaching her field of art since 2004 (Celsa, Sorbonne, Sciences Po Paris…) and also regularly speaks during conferences in France or abroad. And, last but not least, she performs as a mentor in several startup accelerators (Goodle Launchpad, Numa, NextStars…)
