On Wednesday, May 27th, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, Aurélia will explain why and how to connect a object.

The problematic is to know how to put the user at the heart of the reflexion. From the observation of the behaviors to the users tests, through the cartography of the needs or the definition of the contact points with the service.

All those steps allow us to better understand the users needs, to lead to complete and interesting objects, that fit with the behaviors and are integrated in the existing environment.
